As a busy multi-hyphenate/flight attendant, I can’t help but get stressed with all the things I’m doing. Blog deadlines, changes in flight schedules, difficult passengers, You name them! I even ask myself if everything is worth it.

I’ve read online though that stress can really take a toll on our bodies. One measure that is affordable and am actually a fan of to combat stress are anxiety-relieving scents. Aromatherapy really works against stress and can help you get better sleep.
